Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective October 2, 2026. This supplements our Privacy page.
What health information we may collect
Visible is a household organizer, not a health service. But running a household involves health details, so we may hold:
- Allergies, ongoing conditions, and medications for members of your household.
- Doctors, dentists, therapists, and other care providers you add.
- School support plans such as an IEP or 504 plan.
- Medical appointments and health-related events from your calendar or email.
- Health details you mention in chat, notes, documents, or by voice.
Why we collect it and how we use it
Only to help your household keep track of care and logistics — for example, reminding you of an appointment or noting an allergy when planning. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to make decisions about you.
Where it comes from
- You and the other adults in your household, typed or spoken.
- Email and calendar accounts you choose to connect.
Who it is shared with
- The adults in your household who share your Visible household.
- Supabase (service provider): Database, sign-in, and file storage (United States).
- Vercel (service provider): Hosts the web app.
- OpenRouter, routing to Anthropic and Google models (service provider): AI processing for chat, summaries, voice transcription, and drafts. Requests are restricted to providers that do not train on your data or keep it after answering.
- Composio (service provider): Holds the connection to your Google or Microsoft account and carries requests to it.
- GitHub (service provider): Runs our scheduled background jobs.
We have no affiliates that receive health data. We never sell it.

Changes
We will update the effective date when this policy changes and ask for your consent before using health data in any new way.
